About Lorenz Snacks
Lorenz Snacks GmbH & Co KG is an independent family-owned company in the food industry headquartered in Offenbach am Main. The company produces savory snacks, including potato chips (Crunchips, Naturals), lye-based pretzel specialties (Saltletts), peanut flips (ErdnußLocken, Monster Munch), peanut flips with a dough coating (NicNac's) as well as nut and potato specialties. Production takes place in the company's own plants in Hankensbüttel, Neunburg vorm Wald and Kreba-Neudorf as well as in Stanowice (Polen); the Northern Logistics Center is also located in Hankensbüttel. Raw materials such as potatoes are sourced predominantly from long-standing contract farmers in the regions surrounding the plants; peanuts are partly purchased directly in the growing regions of India, South Africa, Argentina and the USA and processed on site. The entire production process is subject to strict quality and safety requirements with daily analyses. Around 3,000 employees work at national and international locations, including in Germany, Austria, Poland, India and China.
