Lorsbach Werkzeug- und Maschinenbau GmbH is a medium-sized family business founded in 1957 and based in Gebhardshain (Westerwald, Rhineland-Palatinate). The company manufactures complex workpieces and ready-to-install assemblies for tool, machine and plant engineering. Its service portfolio includes CNC turning and conventional turning, CNC milling on machining centres and bed-type milling machines, boring mill work, surface, cylindrical and face grinding, radial drilling, saw and flame cutting, as well as welded constructions. In addition to producing one-off parts and series, Lorsbach handles material procurement and, in cooperation with partner companies, surface treatment (chrome plating, coating) and heat treatment (hardening) of all manufactured parts. With a modern machine fleet, including a Mazak vertical travel column machine VTC 800/20 and a Mazak Quick Turn Nexus 450 II, and highly qualified staff, customer requirements are implemented flexibly and reliably.

Milling work up to 4000 × 1000 × 1000 mm travel.
Surface, cylindrical and face grinding
Surface grinding up to 1200 mm, external cylindrical grinding up to Ø 300 × 2000 mm, internal cylindrical grinding up to Ø 500 mm, rotary table face grinding up to Ø 700 mm.
Boring mill and radial drilling
Boring mill work up to Ø 90 mm spindle.
Welded constructions
