LOSYCO GmbH from Bielefeld is a holistic system provider for rail-based conveyor technology in the heavy-duty segment. Based on the patented, floor-flush LOXrail® rail system, the company develops and manufactures production and assembly lines, feeding systems for machines and installations, and transport systems for heavy loads. The portfolio ranges from layout planning and concept development of intralogistics processes through engineering, manufacturing and installation to commissioning and service. The modular systems include curve elements (LOXrail® CURVE), crossings (Crossing), turntables (Turnstile), allrounder wheel sets, and autonomously driving RGV shuttles (smartLine) with payloads up to 40 tonnes and more. Lot sizes range from one-off production to series equipment of lines, depending on the project. The systems are used, among other things, in flow production, production logistics and heavy-duty intralogistics in various industries, both domestically and abroad. Since 2024, the quality management system has been certified according to ISO 9001:2015.
