About mel&koffie

mel&koffie is an artisan quality bakery with three branches in Vienna, run by love4bread l4b GmbH. In open show baking rooms, the company bakes bread, pastries, sweet swirl buns and topped focaccia fresh on site – customers can experience the baker's craft directly. The flour comes from organic farming and is processed by hand; almost all raw materials are organic products. The doughs rest for at least 20 hours in a dedicated proofing room, baking is done on a stone slab, and frozen baked goods are avoided. The range is complemented by coffee made to the company's own recipe, roasted in a small roastery. To avoid overproduction, baking takes place only until midday, but pre-orders are possible at any time. Since 2023, the company has been offering its concept as a franchise system.
