About LPW Reinigungssysteme

LPW Reinigungssysteme GmbH specializes in systems and process technologies for industrial parts cleaning with aqueous media. The company manufactures three system series: PowerJet (single/multi-chamber flood immersion systems), PowerStep (immersion line systems) and PowerLine (inline cleaning systems) as well as the AquaJet chamber spray cleaning system. All engineering, final assembly and commissioning of the systems are carried out in-house; stainless steel assemblies are manufactured by long-standing German suppliers. The systems integrate processes such as spray and flood cleaning, injection flood washing, ultrasonic/megasonic (22 kHz to 1 MHz) and the patented Cyclic Nucleation (CNp), as well as various drying and media treatment processes. Cleaned parts range from metal, plastic and ceramic components for mechanical engineering, automotive and aerospace to fine and ultra-fine cleaning in the High Purity sector for medical technology, the optical industry, electronics and the semiconductor industry. At its headquarters in Riederich, the company operates a 300 m² cleanroom-based customer center with a test and contract cleaning center, pilot plant, cleanliness analysis and development laboratory. Sales are handled worldwide via distribution partners.

Materials and Cleaning Processes

VAK

Cyclic Nucleation (CNp)

Patented vacuum flood cleaning process with alternating pressure for capillary structures and complex geometries, reaching into capillary areas.

US

Ultrasonic/Megasonic cleaning

Frequencies from 22 kHz to 1 MHz for fine and ultra-fine cleaning, also as a multi-frequency system.

INJ

Injection flood washing

Pressure-vacuum alternating pressure process for reliable cleaning of complex or densely packed components such as hydraulic and valve blocks.

SPR

Spray cleaning processes

For components with simple geometry and medium cleanliness requirements, reliably achieving particulate cleanliness typically down to 500–600 µm.

FLU

General flood cleaning

In the submerged state with an extended range of washing mechanics, particulate cleanliness well below 100–200 µm is achievable.

TRO

Drying processes

Blow-off, warm/hot air, IR radiators, vacuum, condensation and CNp drying up to superheated steam, also for bulk goods and sintered metals.

MED

Media treatment

Filtration and distillation for treating the cleaning media in closed-loop circulation.
