LSA | Automation is an automation company based in the Erzgebirge region of Saxony, near the Czech border. Since 1988, the company has developed and manufactured special and special-purpose machines, production systems and automation systems. Its core competencies include process automation with drive and control technology (PLC), assembly and production automation with robotics, measurement and test automation with 100% inspection, as well as the specialist areas of cleanroom automation and motion automation for high vacuum and UHV. The entire value chain—from process development through design and manufacturing to software development and commissioning—is handled fully in-house. Realized projects include an aging measurement station for perovskite solar cells, an autofrettage system for dynamically loaded components and sensors, a thickness measurement system, a solder mask coating system for PCBs, a robot-assisted laser welding system for high-pressure pumps, and fully automatic assembly and screwdriving stations.
