About LSI – Germany GmbH (BiFi)

As part of the international Jack Link's Group, LSI – Germany GmbH produces the branded snacks BiFi and Jack Link's in Germany. At the new plant in Guben (Brandenburg), which has been in operation since 2024, protein and meat snacks are manufactured; Guben is the second German production site alongside Ansbach. The value chain includes goods receipt, raw material processing and meat standardization, batching, seasoning according to the original recipe, filling, shaping, smoking, and packaging on Multivac packaging machines. The parent company Jack Link's employs around 4,000 people worldwide, distributes over 100 protein snacks in more than 40 countries, and operates 11 production and distribution facilities in four countries. Around 40 employees currently work in production in Guben; in the long term, up to 100 employees are planned. The plant is continuously being expanded, among other things through additional production lines and shifts.
