LUBECA WERKZEUGBAU is a medium-sized company founded in 1987 in Lübeck, specializing in mold and fixture making. Its range of services covers the design and manufacture of injection molding tools for elastomer and silicone processing (LSR, TPE), feeding systems such as needle-shutoff hot runner systems, open cold runner systems and temperature-controlled transfer chambers, handling systems, fixture and tooling construction as well as contract machining for all types of mechanical processing. From the first draft through prototype production to the production-ready end product, the company supports its customers, complemented by maintenance, repair and modification services for injection molding tools. Production is carried out on CNC milling machines, turning centers with Y-axis and driven tools, sinker EDM machines and surface grinding machines, supported by 3D CAD/CAM workstations (SolidWorks/SolidCAM). Customers come primarily from elastomer and silicone processing as well as the automotive industry. In conjunction with its sister company Gummifabrik Lubeca (founded 1976), the production of rubber molded parts is also available.
