About LUDWIG Kunststoffe
LUDWIG Kunststoffe is a family-owned company founded in 1970, headquartered in Berg-Meilenhofen near Neumarkt in the Upper Palatinate with a branch office in Aßlar-Oberlemp (Hesse). The company sees itself as a full-service partner for the distribution and use of plastic geomembranes (HDPE, LLDPE, FPP, EPDM, PVC), root and weed barriers, geosynthetic materials such as nonwovens, geogrids, drainage sheets and bentonite mats, as well as gabions, natural products and rubber construction protection mats made from recycled SBR rubber. Beyond trading, LUDWIG offers fabrication of sheets and mats to customer specifications – sawing, winding, cutting and eyelet punching – as well as installation and welding of sealing systems up to complete execution of trade packages, including plastic-reinforced earth (KBE) with angle elements made of galvanized steel. Fields of application include civil engineering, road, rail and hydraulic engineering, landfill construction, landscaping, pond and pool construction, and species protection on construction sites. The parent facility in Berg serves as the central warehouse with extended outdoor storage areas and a machine park for fabrication.
