Ludwig Leuchten is a German luminaire manufacturer headquartered in Dresden with a production facility in Elsterheide (Saxony). The brand is operated by CooolCase GmbH, which, in addition to luminaire manufacturing, covers the certified scope of development and manufacturing of metal enclosures and components, assembly of electronic systems as well as toolmaking, tool repair and series production of small tools. The product portfolio includes industrial luminaires, cleanroom luminaires, surface inspection luminaires and office lighting with special lighting solutions and a high colour rendering index (CRI 97). The range of services extends from consulting through manufacturing to on-site installation by partner companies. Reference projects include the BMW Tower Munich, Munich Airport Terminal 2, Klinikum Minden, UNIDO in Vienna, the EON administration building in Gelsenkirchen and Metro in Amsterdam. Since the acquisition by CooolCase GmbH, acquired luminaire stock is being sold off in the factory outlet.
