About Lü's Bio Rösterei
Lü's Bio Rösterei is a coffee roastery from Solothurn in Switzerland that exclusively processes organic and Fairtrade certified green coffees. It offers blends and single-origin coffees, including beans from Colombia, Tanzania and Ethiopia (roasts Colombia, San Emilia, San Juan and Tanzania). The roastery works with a roasting method it developed itself, the Slow Roasting Process ©, in which the roasting profiles are designed to reduce chlorogenic acid and incorporate fruity notes. The products are sold through its own online shop with home delivery as well as through partner shops and the weekly market in Solothurn. In addition to the roasting business, the company offers barista courses, latte art courses and coffee consultancy, and pursues a zero-waste concept with which around 150'000 coffee bags have been saved.
