Lübbers Anlagen- und Umwelttechnik GmbH is a long-established, medium-sized mechanical engineering company based in Bad Langensalza (Thuringia). This third-generation family business develops and manufactures customized spray drying plants and evaporation plants as well as hygienic stainless steel systems for the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. In addition, Lübbers integrates tailored high-temperature industrial heat pumps (Energy Upcycling System, steam up to 250 °C) for various industries. The plants are manufactured exclusively from stainless steel and delivered either turnkey or modular, including installation and commissioning. In addition to new builds, the company specializes in the modernization and optimization of existing plants as well as in engineering, service and safety technology (fire protection, HAZOP, crack and vacuum testing). From Bad Langensalza, customers in Germany and Western Europe are served; via trading partners and a sales office in the Netherlands, projects are possible worldwide. Spray dryers and hygienic systems are manufactured exclusively from stainless steel, in various grades depending on product requirements, with a high standard in welding technology and surface treatment.
Spray drying (single- and multi-stage)
Drying of liquid feed products into powders with evaporation capacities of 50 to 5,500 kg/h, among others using rotary atomizers, high-pressure or two-fluid nozzles.
Evaporation (falling-film, plate, circulation evaporators, MVR/TVR)
Concentration of liquids with evaporation capacities of 1 to 40 t/h, including mechanical and thermal vapor recompression.
High-temperature industrial heat pump
