About Lübke & Vogt
Lübke & Vogt is a medium-sized company in Sundern in the Sauerland region, specializing in the mass production of small, technically demanding rubber molded articles. Its range of services covers the entire value chain: technical consulting, development and production of its own rubber compounds (around 2,000 formulations), in-house mold making, series production using the transfer molding process, post-processing including cryogenic deflashing, final inspection and logistics. All known elastomers are processed, such as EPDM, NBR, VMQ and FKM, up to 2K multi-component parts with rubber-metal or rubber-plastic bonds. With around 375 employees, the company produces approximately 1.5 billion molded parts annually for more than 2,000 customers in over 50 countries. Customer industries include, among others, automotive, electrical and household appliances, electrical engineering, fittings, lighting, furniture, pumps as well as medical and laboratory technology. Since 2024, the company founded in 1968 has been majority-owned by the Angst+Pfister Group in Zurich.
