Family-owned company with machined screw production

Lück Schrauben GmbH is a family-owned company in Gevelsberg specializing in the machined production of high-strength standard and special screws for demanding industrial applications. The production range covers screws with all common internal and external drives, thread diameters from M4 to M42 as well as inch threads; internal drives are in some cases also pressed. Production takes place on CNC turning and CNC milling machines, thread rolling and grinding machines in grades per ISO 898 or according to customer-specific requirements – from single pieces to lot sizes of approximately 100,000 pieces. Only selected raw materials with inspection certificate 3.1 per DIN EN 10204 are processed, stored batch-pure and traceable back to the steel mill. Surface treatments such as electroplated zinc coating, zinc flake coating, sealings and thread lockers are carried out via a partner network of regional finishers. In the sister company Lück Werkstoffprüfung GmbH, every production lot is tested: dimensional, impact, hardness and tensile tests per ISO 898, metallurgical examinations as well as salt spray fog tests. The products are used, among other things, in mechanical and plant engineering, in the automotive industry, wind power, and the furniture, construction and electrical industries.
