About Lueg-Stanztechnik

Lueg-Stanztechnik e.K. is an owner-managed family business from Herscheid in the Sauerland region that has been manufacturing stamped parts since 1966. The portfolio includes washers to DIN/ISO standards, blanks, locking plates, spring clips, washers with internal threads and sheet metal threads as well as stamped parts and drawing-based parts produced to customer drawings or customer samples. Production covers material thicknesses of 0.1 to 6.0 mm; special washers with outer diameters up to 140 mm. The company specialises in special materials and special alloys, including duplex and super duplex steels, high-alloy stainless steels, nickel alloys such as Monel 400, Hastelloy C-276 and Inconel 625, heat-resistant stainless steels as well as aluminium, copper, brass, bronze and titanium. In addition to stamping, laser cutting, folding and turning are offered, along with surface treatments such as nickel plating, copper plating, chrome plating, salt bath nitriding, electropolishing and zinc flake coating. A large stock of raw material in sheets and coils enables short-notice deliveries in small, medium and large series. Customers include companies from plant engineering, mechanical engineering, medical technology, shipping, solar and wind technology as well as aerospace, in which the company has been active since 1974.
