Job Manufacturing from a Single Source – Since 1911

Lüsebrink & Teubner is a family-run job manufacturing company founded in 1911 in Plettenberg in the Sauerland. The company specializes in cutting, stamping, forming, and processing almost all materials. The manufacturing portfolio includes stamping, bending, and forming with pressing capacities up to 600 t, 2D and 3D laser cutting, pipe and profile laser cutting, laser welding, 2D and 3D waterjet cutting up to 6,000 bar, fine plasma cutting up to 160 mm cutting thickness, CNC bending up to 10,000 mm length, as well as subtractive machining processes such as turning, milling, grinding, brushing, countersinking, threading, and lapping. Additionally, 3D printing, in-house tool and jig construction, numerous surface treatments such as galvanizing, powder coating, and hardening, as well as the production of assemblies. Materials processed include metals such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, bronze, and titanium, as well as plastics, glass, ceramics, stone, and special materials. Production ranges from single pieces to small and large series; customers come from mechanical engineering and metal processing industries. A well-stocked raw material warehouse and certified quality assurance according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 complement the offering.
