Lukad Holding GmbH & Co. KG is an owner-managed family business based in Werdohl in the Sauerland region. It unites three business divisions: waste disposal, hydraulic accessories and plastic packaging. The associated groups Stauff and Menshen operate internationally with their own subsidiaries and production facilities as well as through sales partners. The company's origins go back to a scrap metal trading business founded by Arnold Menshen in the 1950s; in the early 1970s the Georg Menshen KG was established. In 2001, the three divisions were contributed to the LUKAD Holding in order to consolidate management and create a transparent shareholder structure. In addition, the holding provides central services such as IT infrastructure, compliance, international human resources management, tax consulting, controlling, internal auditing and annual financial statements for the business divisions.
