About Lukas Anlagenbau
Lukas Anlagenbau is a family-owned company with locations in Germany (Upper Palatinate) and a high level of in-house manufacturing depth. The company manufactures machinery and plants for the worldwide wire and cable industry, including bunching machines, drawing machines, galvanic wire cleaning and finishing technology, as well as individual components such as wire payoff units, winders and wire accumulators. A second mainstay is hydropower: modernized and newly built hydropower plants, steel hydraulic engineering (gate panels, gate valves), trash rack systems with rack cleaners, hydraulic systems, turbine governors, generator switchgear (low voltage 5 kW to 5 MW), visualization systems, and turbine overhaul of all types and makes. In addition, infrared sintering furnaces (vertical/horizontal) for PTFE and PI-insulated winders as well as induction systems are manufactured. Contract manufacturing includes laser cutting (stainless steel up to 20 mm, iron up to 25 mm, aluminium up to 12 mm), bending of sheet thicknesses 0.1–25 mm, assembly group manufacturing and wet painting with corrosion protection. Customers come from industries such as mechanical and tool engineering, the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries, medical technology, facade technology, the automotive industry and the consumer goods industry.
