Lukas Bauprojekt GmbH is a Hamburg-based, owner-managed real estate development group that has been in existence since 1973. Its core areas of activity are property development and portfolio holding of real estate throughout Germany, with a focus on Hamburg and Northern Germany. The range of services covers market analysis, acquisition, financing, turnkey construction of buildings as well as sale to institutional investors, capital investors or owner-occupiers. In around 50 years, the group has built over 300,000 m² of gross floor area and created more than 1,100 residential units; project locations are situated in 15 cities. Selected projects include the Jahreszeiten Verlag and the Medienpark Kampnagel in Hamburg-Winterhude as well as the Hamburger Welle in Hamburg-Hohenfelde.
