Lumiphase develops and fabricates BTO-enhanced silicon photonics Photonic Integrated Circuits (PICs) based on a proprietary thin-film BTO (barium titanate) technology. The company integrates BTO into an established SiPh platform, enabling CMOS compatibility and reliability. The chips offer high-density, energy-efficient electro-optic modulation with application-specific data rates of 200G per lane and beyond. The service portfolio ranges from PIC design through to Known Good Dies as well as scalable series production.
