LUMITRONIX LED-Technik GmbH is an LED specialist headquartered in Hechingen, Baden-Württemberg. The company develops and manufactures customized LED modules in rigid and flexible form – from initial planning through to series production. Manufacturing comprises an SMT production line for rigid LED modules with high-performance placement machines from Siemens and ASM, a reflow soldering system from Rehm and a 3D AOI system from KohYoung; in reel-to-reel flex production, flexible LED modules up to 100 m module length are produced. This is complemented by LumProtect® lamination, potting, thermal management, optics, housings as well as hardware and software development. LUMITRONIX is the official Nichia distributor for all of Europe (since 2016) and a Certified Solution Partner in the Osram LED Light for you network. Customers come from industries such as luminaire manufacturing, mechanical engineering, medical technology, UV technology, illuminated advertising, transportation and office lighting. 70 employees work on 4,400 m²; the product range is sold via the LEDs.de online shop and B2B channels.
