Lunitec is an engineering consultancy for building services based in Winterthur. The company plans and advises in the fields of plumbing, heating, refrigeration/air-conditioning and ventilation technology, covering all SIA phases, from the feasibility study through preliminary and design projects, approval procedures and tendering to detailed design and site supervision. Services include, among other things, the project design of heating and air-conditioning systems, supply and exhaust ventilation concepts, water and gas supply, wastewater systems, rainwater utilization as well as sprinkler and MRWA planning (fire-protection ventilation). Planning is carried out in three dimensions with Trimble Nova including BIM. Reference projects include Grütpark Regensdorf, the Denner distribution centre in Frauenfeld, the Schulthess Clinic in Zurich, the Parksite residential development in Pfungen and the renovation of a shopping centre on Hertensteinstrasse in Lucerne. Founded in 2015 by Lukas Nyffenegger, the consultancy works for building owners, investors, architects and contractors in Switzerland.

Ventilation planning
Development of supply and exhaust ventilation concepts, among other things for shopping centres, industrial operations and residential construction, including smoke extraction solutions in case of fire.
