Functional fittings Made in Germany since 1945
Lusch GmbH, headquartered in Altenbeken-Buke (North Rhine-Westphalia), develops, manufactures and distributes functional fittings, adjustment fittings and mechanisms for upholstered furniture. Founded in 1945 by Ferdinand Lusch, the company produces fittings solutions for armchairs, swivel armchairs, multi-seat units and longchairs, sofa beds and upholstered combinations, upholstery joints for headrests, armrests and backrests, connector fittings and functional fittings for beds – manually or motorically adjustable, including its own motor system. Production includes laser cutting with flatbed and punching lasers, progressive die stamping technology as well as semi- and fully automated assembly technology, predominantly using steel. In addition to standard fittings for the broad market, Lusch offers custom developments with application consulting, CAD data exchange (2D/3D), kinematic motion simulation, prototype production and small-series production. Customers are furniture manufacturers, the upholstered furniture industry and the bed industry at home and abroad; representations exist in Italy, Poland and the Czech Republic.
