Lustig Kunststofftechnik GmbH, based in Sachsenheim, is a specialized family business for the CNC machining of high-performance plastics. From materials such as PCTFE and PTFE-mod, the company produces precision elements, complete production systems and complex assemblies using combinations of milling and turning. The product portfolio includes, among other things, filter elements, couplings, valves, fittings, needle, roller and ball cages, ball bearings, turned parts, special seals, connectors, springs as well as axial and radial bearings for special applications. A particular specialization is bellows made of PTFE-mod, used for example in beverage filling systems. Customers come from the food and chemical industries, beverage filling technology, and bearing and drive technology; deliveries are made to Germany, Europe, America, Asia, Australia and the Middle East.
