LUTEC-PKS GmbH, based in Dorsten, is a specialised provider of load carrier systems and reusable transport racks for logistical challenges. The company manufactures special load carriers, combination load carriers, universal racks, intralogistics solutions as well as lifting and assembly fixtures – as custom-made or standard solutions. The value chain covers the complete full service: consulting and concept development based on an analysis of logistical requirements, design and engineering in a modern 3D CAD program, prototype construction, in-house production in a fully equipped production facility and, in the case of high demand, production at long-standing partners throughout Germany. In addition, repair and modification (including mod kits for converting attachments), storage, trading in transport equipment and storage equipment as well as reconditioning and recycling are offered. The basis is the in-house developed Pallet Circulation System (PKS), in which sorted-out reusable load carriers are dismantled into base pallet and attachment, the base pallet is retained for new projects and the materials are returned to the recycling chain. The main material is steel. Customers include companies with demanding transport and storage processes for products and components.
