About Lutronic
Founded internationally in 2016, Lutronic specializes in actuator/sensor wiring solutions for automation. As a sister company of the Lumberg Group, it manufactures and distributes M8 and M12 circular connectors for signal, data and power applications, plus passive distributors, panel-mount connectors, LED machine lights and custom connectivity solutions for device manufacturers. The production plant Lutronic TCA Electronics Dongguan Co., Ltd. in China (approx. 300 employees, part of the Lutronic Group since 2021) covers toolmaking, horizontal and vertical injection molding, cable and contact processing, potting, PCB and wire harness assembly. In its second business field, mechanical engineering, Lutronic exclusively markets feeding systems, assembly units, inline inspection systems and packaging systems from the Lumberg Group's Cloppenburg plant with around 175 specialists. Own subsidiaries in Europe, North America, China and Singapore serve internationally active customers in over 60 countries.

At the Dongguan production plant, a quality management system certified to ISO 9001:2015 ensures the manufacturing of electronic connection cables. The inspection systems of the special-purpose machines use camera systems (AOI), electrical measurement technology (continuity, resistance, high voltage), crimp force measurement and leak testing.
