The company purchases used items across Europe from renowned manufacturers such as USM Haller, USM Kitos, Vitra, Knoll International, Cassina and Walter Knoll, including collection and on-site disassembly. All steps, from disassembly through refurbishment (cleaning, polishing, repair, chrome polishing) to reassembly and delivery, are carried out in-house. Its own upholstery and chair workshop maintains leather, re-tensions covers and replaces defective parts such as armrests and gas lift springs. The furniture is displayed in a showroom of approx. 2,500 m² in Troisdorf; according to the company, over 50,000 items are in stock. Customers come from offices, medical practices, law firms as well as the private sector.
