About the Lutze Group
The Lutze Group, headquartered in Einbeck, is a manufacturer and service provider for conveyor technology, wear protection and polyurethane technology as well as a distribution partner for crushing, screening and processing equipment. It manufactures customer-specific rubber and lightweight conveyor belts (LUCON, LUWILITE), gypsum setting belts in a continuous vulcanisation process, as well as LUWITAN® wear protection plates, LUWISPRAY® spray coatings and custom polyurethane moulded parts from its own contract-based production. Processing includes cutting, punching, fabrication of carrying edges and sidewalls, cold bonding, hot and cold vulcanisation (splicing) and mechanical joining; materials are rubber (NQ, oil- and heat-resistant), PVC, PU, PE, PES, silicone, EP fabric, steel cord inserts and ceramics. A service network spanning more than 40 locations in Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden and Norway offers 24/7 installation, repair and conveyor belt monitoring including on-site steel cord scanning up to 3,200 mm belt width. Customers come from the quarrying, mining, recycling, agriculture, chemical, food and paper industries.
