About Luxmea

Luxmea GmbH is an e-mobility company based in Bedburg that has been active in the European e-bike industry since 2008. The company was a pioneer of e-bikes with in-tube batteries compliant with EN 15194 and entered the development and assembly of e-cargobikes compliant with DIN 79010 in 2014. As an ODM/OEM partner, Luxmea develops vehicles from idea through design to series production and certification, including two-, three- and four-wheeled as well as heavy commercial vehicles. Frames are manufactured as aluminium monocoques; the equipment includes intelligent drive systems, IoT connectivity and AI-assisted diagnostics. Over 550,000 units are in use across Europe, particularly among logistics companies, sharing services, rental fleets as well as commercial and private applications. Production and certification take place in Europe, complemented by supply chain management across Europe, Taiwan and China, with ex-works (EXW) delivery from Europe.
