About LWM
LWM (Lamping, Werkzeug- und Maschinenbau) is a medium-sized company founded in 1996, headquartered in Vechta, Lower Saxony. The company develops and manufactures high-precision injection molds for thermoplastics and elastomers with tool weights of up to 5 tonnes, as well as multi-component extrusion tools and bending roller sets for pre- and post-profiling. Another pillar is special machinery construction for plastics and elastomer processing. Since 2003, LWM has also produced plastic parts in its own injection molding with clamping forces of 150 to 500 tonnes – from sampling to small series. Manufacturing includes 5-axis CNC machining, CNC turning, wire and die-sink EDM, metal 3D printing up to 300x300x300 mm, laser engraving and laser deposition welding. Customers come primarily from the injection molding industry, the construction and façade sealing sector, and the automotive industry.
