M&A Automation GmbH was founded in 2004 following the spin-off of the special-purpose machinery division from Mey & Andres GmbH and is based in Oyten near Bremen. The company with 21 employees specialises in special-purpose machinery construction, plant engineering, gripping technology, handling systems and robotics automation. Its range of services includes packaging solutions based on Scara robots, unscrewing and screw-fastening machines, leak testing equipment, loading and unloading systems, production machines for pet food, and high-performance labelling systems for plastic cups. In addition, linked systems are built in which robots and specialised gripping technology integrate machining and testing machines. Using modern 3D simulation and design software, M&A Automation develops layouts, feasibility studies and process-optimised system components. As a KUKA system partner, the company also carries out retrofit, maintenance, commissioning and autonomous mobile robot platforms for intralogistics – from the initial concept through to turnkey handover.
