Blasting technology from a single source
M.A.L. Mechatronik Gesellschaft m.b.H. is an Austrian plant manufacturer for sandblasting technology based in Enzenreith, Lower Austria. The company develops and manufactures mobile abrasive recovery systems, abrasive vacuum extractors, dust extraction systems up to dust class H as well as stationary blasting systems such as blast rooms, open nozzle blasting systems and blast halls. In the industrial plant segment, the company builds wheel blast systems, compressed air and injector blast cabinets, pass-through systems and shot peening systems, and implements special-purpose machines tailored to component, material and cycle time. Design, cutting, welding and assembly are carried out in-house in Enzenreith; commissioning and service are also provided by the manufacturer. The systems are used, among other things, in steel construction, bridge refurbishment, hydraulic steel construction, shipbuilding, offshore wind (monopiles), tank and vessel construction and foundries. The company is the original manufacturer of the Phenics recovery systems and offers spare parts, service and the successor generation MAL Kombi Rev I for them.
