M&E Präzisionstechnik GmbH was founded in 2006 by Markus Schillinger and manufactures single parts, prototypes and series parts to drawing, sketch or sample at its Wolfach (Baden) location. The service portfolio includes CNC turning with bar loader, CNC milling including 5-side machining, drilling on a CNC jig boring machine, cylindrical and surface grinding, conventional turning and milling as well as TIG and MIG/MAG welding and polishing. External operations such as chrome plating, hardening, painting and powder coating are coordinated. Parts are manufactured from brass, aluminium, free-cutting steel, stainless steel and plastics. Customers are companies from mechanical engineering, apparatus engineering, toolmaking, precision engineering, medical, electrical and sanitary technology, automotive, solar technology, pneumatics, hydraulics, electro-optics and advertising technology. Since 2008 the company has been certified to DIN EN ISO 9001; its market currently lies predominantly in the region and is being continuously expanded.
