M.Holz - Metallverarbeitung is an owner-operated metalworking and locksmith shop located in the Nord industrial park in Herbrechtingen (Baden-Württemberg). Its range of services covers all types of metalwork, custom fabrications in stainless steel, mild steel and aluminium, welded constructions and container/tank building, as well as railing construction, window grilles, garden gates and fences – partly also in wrought iron. Materials processed include stainless steel, steel, copper, brass and aluminium. Manufacturing includes plate shearing up to 3000 mm cutting width, plasma cutting from 1 to 25 mm (mild steel), bending on a 200-ton press brake up to 3 m in length, roll bending, turning up to Ø 400 mm, and tube bending on a mandrel bending machine for diameters from 21.3 to 76.4 mm. Surface finishing is carried out by grinding, polishing and glass bead blasting in an in-house 7x4x4-meter blasting cabin. Customers come from industry, the commercial and private sectors, and the medical field – for example the fit-out of a dialysis station as a custom fabrication. The company also produces handicraft and decorative items.
