About M.O.E.
M.O.E. - Moeller Operating Engineering GmbH is an accredited competence centre for certification, measurement and inspection for the grid integration of decentralised energy systems. The company supports generation systems throughout their entire life cycle, from development through to permanent operation, and issues unit and plant certificates in accordance with VDE-AR-N 4105, 4110, 4120 and 4130. DAkkS has accredited M.O.E. as a certification body under DIN EN ISO/IEC 17065, as an inspection body under DIN EN ISO/IEC 17020 and as a testing laboratory under DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025. Technical technology fields include wind energy, hydropower, photovoltaics, CHP/combined heat and power units, battery storage systems, fuel cells, e-mobility with bidirectional charging, controllable loads and data centres. The testing laboratory performs metrological testing and the validation of EMT and RMS simulation models; this also includes the industry's first prototype confirmation for grid-forming inverters in accordance with VDE FNN Guideline 2.1 for SMA. Projects have been carried out in more than 15 countries; the four sites are located in Schleswig-Holstein.
