M-Pulse GmbH & Co. KG is a development and manufacturing company for magnetizing technology based in Kierspe. For more than 20 years the company has been developing and producing pulse magnetizing systems, and for over 19 years custom magnetizing coils — as iron-core coils for large assemblies and as air-cooled or water-cooled air coils for small poles and axial rotors. The portfolio is complemented by magnetic calibration systems (accuracy up to 0.3%), demagnetization, fluxmeters of the M-Flux series, magnet scanners (M-Scan Rotory) for 100% inspection of radial and axial rotors, and Helmholtz coils for measuring the dipole moment. The systems are built with European components, as stand-alone solutions or integrated into production lines (PLC/PROFINET/EtherCAT), and are characterized by high magnetizing currents (up to over 100 kA) and short cycle times. Customers include companies in motor and drive technology, vehicle traction, brakes, loudspeakers, sensors and household appliances. In addition to its headquarters in Kierspe, M-Pulse maintains a research site in Berlin as well as sales and service partners in Italy, Canada, India and China.
