Electronics contract manufacturing since 1975
M. Richter is an EMS provider (Electronic Manufacturing Services) founded in 1975, based in Engelsbrand-Salmbach near Pforzheim. The company manufactures electronic assemblies as prototypes and in small series from lot size 1: SMD, THT and THR assembly of printed circuit boards, also in panels and on maxi boards, including wave, dip, reflow (full convection), vapour phase and hand soldering with separate lines for lead-free and leaded soldering. In addition, cable assembly (round, flat ribbon, coax, HF, LF, low-noise, data and special cables), coil and transformer winding including air coils and special coils, as well as assembly and wiring of complete electronic devices are offered. The service spectrum also includes worldwide material procurement, engineering support and redesign, test equipment development and construction, functional testing, and delivery just in time or via KanBan. Customers come from medical electronics, the automotive industry, metrology, engineering offices as well as science and research. Quality management is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015; ESD protection is implemented throughout the entire plant.
