The Company
M&S Fertigungstechnik GmbH is an owner-managed machining company founded in 1990 and based in Hauzenberg in Lower Bavaria. Its core competency is the production of high-quality turned and milled parts: single parts, prototypes as well as small and medium series from all material alloys, with a particular focus on milled parts for 3D mold making, manufactured on 5-axis machining centers using simultaneous milling technology. In addition to its own production (CNC milling, CNC turning, grinding, welding), the company offers CAM programming, tool and mold making, jig and special machinery construction, assembly of component groups, and quality assurance with first-article inspection reports and measurement documentation. Through partnerships, the entire spectrum of metalworking and metal finishing is offered. Customers come from industries such as automotive, packaging, medical technology, special machinery, aerospace, food, and the plastics and metal processing industries. The 11,000 m² company site comprises a production hall of approximately 1,600 m² with a modern machine park, directly connected to the administration building.
