About M+S Kunststoffbearbeitung und Systemtechnik GmbH
M+S Kunststoffbearbeitung und Systemtechnik GmbH, based in Laupheim near Ulm, specialises in the machining of thermoplastics. The family company, which emerged from the firm Braig Kunststoffe in 1995, manufactures plastic milled and turned parts – from individual parts to series production, including 5-side and 5-axis machining. In addition, the company offers complete fabrication and assembly of components and assemblies made from a wide variety of materials, CAD/CAM design (CATIA V5), jig and fixture manufacturing as well as machining of metals. Materials processed include POM, PEEK, PA6, PE, PET, PP, PVC, PVDF, PMMA, PTFE, PETP and fibre-reinforced plastics, among others from Ensinger and Simona. Customers come from medical technology, food machinery, laboratory and analysis technology, general mechanical engineering, aircraft construction (flight parts), metrology and water technology. With around 50 employees, M+S supplies customers as a supplier from a machine park consisting of Mazak, Hermle, Gildemeister, Schaublin and Müga equipment.
