About us
M. Seeber Kunststofftechnik GmbH, based in Gräfenthal (Thuringia), produces molded parts and assemblies from plastics using thermoplastic, elastomer and thermoset injection molding processes. Materials processed include thermoplastics such as PC, PA, PBT, PEEK and PPS as well as thermoset molding compounds based on phenolic, polyester and epoxy resins. Machine capacity is available in the range of 35 to 150 Mp (thermoplastic/elastomer) and 35 to 80 Mp (thermoset). In cleanroom areas according to DIN ISO 14644-1, ISO Class 7, medical technology products are manufactured on all-electric and hydraulic injection molding machines, including laboratory and analysis technology for cardiovascular treatments, surgical technique as well as analysis devices for dental and AIDS diagnostics. The service spectrum includes in-house toolmaking (CNC milling, EDM and wire-cutting technology), assembly of components, ultrasonic welding, thermal post-treatment, surface finishing and electrical/physical testing. Customers come from medical technology, automotive, electrical and sensor technology as well as railway signaling technology, including LEAR, Magna, LEONI, Delphi and Siemens.
