About M.Wajda Maschinenbau
M.Wajda Maschinenbau OHG is a mechanical engineering company based in Buxtehude (Lower Saxony). The company manufactures and sells heated ball valves with an integrated dead-man safety system, in particular the PBS 3 sampling valve, which is used for sampling bitumen, oils and fats as well as for draining and transferring these media. The PBS 3 is the successor model to the long-proven PBS 2 sampling valve. In the new valve generation, the seal preload is applied by an internal pressure plate instead of via the connecting flange, which simplifies installation and seal replacement. The ball valve is available in three variants: electrically heated with fixed temperature of 140 °C, electrically heated with adjustable temperature up to 170 °C, and with connections for thermal oil heating. Delivery is in CE-compliant configuration. In addition, the company offers caterpillar discharges.
