MAB Möbel AG in Muotathal is a Swiss family business that has been manufacturing furniture since 1951. The range includes living room, bedroom and office furniture in series production as well as custom-made products such as the MAB Mass-Schrank (custom wardrobe). In addition, the company realizes built-in wardrobes, cloakrooms as well as office and hotel room furnishings in its contract interior fit-out business segment for private, public and commercial customers. All work steps, from planning through cutting of solid wood and veneers, CNC machining, to multi-layer surface treatment with water-based stains and water-based paints and final assembly, take place in the company's own production facility in Muotathal. Hand-picked, predominantly domestic woods from sustainable forestry are used, along with veneers, low-formaldehyde board materials (E1), fittings and glass finished in-house.
