About MaC-Rock
MaC-Rock GmbH develops and manufactures hydraulic screening buckets for excavators. The Vortex system uses rotating eccentric shafts made of HARDOX steel that move the material in a circular material flow inside the bucket; the entire bucket floor and back form the screening surface. Alternatively, a system with screw shafts is available that conveys from both sides toward the center and creates a swirling material flow; the screening characteristic curve is switchable between 0-25 mm and 0-45 mm. The robust bucket body is made of HARDOX HD steel, the cutting blades of 500 HB steel. With the Vortex-320 and Vortex-330 models, excavators from 17 to 40 tonnes are covered. The company designs and develops the buckets itself and is based in Südlohn (Oeding). Fields of application are demolition, recycling, road construction and sewer construction – anywhere an excavator is working.
