About MACH ROTEC
MACH ROTEC GmbH was founded in 2007 in Mondsee (Salzburg, Austria) and specializes in the development and manufacture of highly efficient CBN/DIA grinding wheels with carbon fiber-composite carrier bodies together with the corresponding grinding technology. The portfolio comprises the MACH WHEEL product line (ø200 to over 1,000 mm, 20–300 m/s), MACH DRUM for centerless applications (ø300–600 mm), MACH CAM (ø50–600 mm) as well as highly damped MACH FLANGES made of carbon with steel inserts. The in-house manufactured MACH CBN 2.0 grinding abrasives made of CBN and diamond have been produced in-house since 2012 and are manufactured in all common segment shapes including multi-zone segments. The products are used, among other things, in automotive, e-rotors, roll grinding, brake discs, medical technology and general mechanical engineering. In addition, the company offers on-site service, process implementation and MACH GRINDING seminars. Production takes place at Plant II in Oberhofen am Irrsee (over 1,000 m² of production space, since 2017); the main site in Mondsee serves as the technology center with showroom.
