About mack Kunststofftechnik
mack Kunststofftechnik is an owner-managed family company based in Ulm that offers tailored solutions in plastics processing. The company develops and manufactures thermoformed (vacuum-formed) and machined plastic components made of thermoplastics – from one-off pieces and prototypes through to series production. Manufacturing includes thermoforming on modern systems, CNC plastics machining on 5-axis milling centres, and surface finishing such as coating, laminating and screen printing. In addition, cutting discs are produced and functional units are pre-assembled ready for installation and connection. Customers come, among others, from medical technology and the automotive sector; they include Daimler Truck, Porsche and Thermo Scientific. Consistent process control and certified standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 safeguard quality.
