About MACK4D
MACK4D GmbH, based in Neukieritzsch near Leipzig, develops and produces photopolymer resins for additive 3D printing using SLA, DLP and LCD processes. The product range includes castable resins for the lost-wax process in jewelry casting (TIKO-G, Tiko-G pro jewel cast), heat-resistant high-performance plastics such as TIKO-H with UL 94 V-0 fire classification and temperature resistance from -60 °C to 295 °C, as well as elastic materials (elastical, half elastical) and the flexible casting material easy rip for silicone otoplastics. In addition, the company distributes the 3D jewelry design software Drakon with personal support from Germany and advises customers on build material selection. Customers include goldsmiths and jewelers, the audiology industry, the hobby sector, and industrial customers such as walk engineering GmbH, the University of Geneva, and the Polymer Lab of TH Köln. Applications include electronics and electrical engineering, semiconductor manufacturing, and energy generation and transmission, for example insulation bodies for high-frequency high voltage, wafer transport containers, and injection molding tools for small series.

Resins & Processes
Castable Resin for jewelry casting
Cast material with over 20 % sustainable raw materials, ash-free burnout from 700 °C and dimensionally stable after printing.
Castable Resin with high wax content
With over 25 % wax content for detailed, smooth jewelry castings, ash-free burnout.
Heat-resistant high-performance resin
UL 94 V-0 classified, VST above 295 °C per ISO 306, temperature resistant from -60 °C to 295 °C, for insulators, electronics and injection molding tools.
Tough resin
For heat-resistant and liquid-carrying parts, jigs and fixtures; simulates the stiffness of glass- and fiber-filled thermoplastics.
Prototype resin
Flexural strength above 2500 MPa, shrinkage 0.28 %, for prototypes, spare parts and small series with smooth surfaces.
Soft-elastic resin
Rubber-like, extremely flexible consistency after curing.
Elastic resin, Shore 55 A
Very soft and tear-resistant for parts with flexible surfaces.
Color-effect resin
Color change depending on light incidence and viewing angle for decorative parts.
Casting material for silicone otoplastics
For 3D printing soft-elastic, transparent casting molds for silicone casts.
