About us
Mader GmbH & Co. KG is a family business founded in 1974 and based in Pfaffenhausen (Bavaria), specialising in the manufacture of precision tools. The portfolio includes carbide-tipped circular saw blades, solid carbide end mills, diamond milling heads for window construction as well as tools for milling plastic and aluminium profiles. Production is carried out entirely from raw material at the Pfaffenhausen site using CNC tool grinding machines, grinding centres with loading robots and conventional special-purpose machines. The range is complemented by a regrinding service for drills and milling cutters made of high-speed steel, solid carbide, cermet and brazed tips, advice on coatings, CAD design, tool accessories and aluminium welding inserts. Customers include industries such as aerospace, window construction, the automotive industry, printing machinery manufacturing, trades and retail; distribution extends worldwide.

Every production run takes place at the Pfaffenhausen site with CNC metrology for quality control. On request, tools are manufactured in accordance with BG test DIN EN 847-1, fine-balanced to DIN ISO 1940-1 G6.3, painted and laser-engraved.
