The hotel complex, opened in 2008, offers 66 rooms and suites as well as 15 holiday houses and apartments in individually designed architecture that combines historic buildings such as the monastery mill, fisherman's house and forester's house with modern structures. The offering includes the 2,500 m² SPA world Brune Balance med & SPA with Ayurveda, medical spa treatments and hydrojet massages. Three restaurants (Finckenlounge, Klosterscheune, Spa Bistro) focus on regional, vital cuisine. Additionally, there are conference rooms for up to 100 people, an equestrian operation with boarding and training stables, and a shuttle service to Briesen (Mark) station. Since January 2010, the complex has been heated by its own Bio Flam wood chip system (407 kW rated output) and operates a fully biological wastewater treatment plant.
