About Mäder Coffee
Mäder Kaffeerösterei e.K. is a traditional company founded in 1985 and based in Hilzingen, producing coffee blends for the regional and nationwide hospitality industry as well as the grocery trade. All raw coffee varieties are drum-roasted daily using the traditional drum roasting process; with a roasting time of 15 to 20 minutes and cooling without water injection, acidity is reduced and aroma development is promoted. Each coffee blend receives its own individual roasting curve; the individual origins are only combined into blends after roasting. Roasting takes place at the partner SQRC in Uznach in Switzerland, while administration, sales and a salesroom are located in Hilzingen. The product range includes espresso blends, 100% Arabica coffees, ground coffee, decaffeinated and organic coffees as well as accessories, tea and specialties such as olive oil. Distribution takes place via the B2B online shop with prices available after registration as well as through the hospitality industry and retail.
