About MAG-AUTOBLOK TECNOMAGNETE
MAG-AUTOBLOK TECNOMAGNETE S.p.A., headquartered in Lainate near Milan, develops, manufactures and sells electropermanent magnetic systems for industry. The product range includes magnetic clamping plates for milling and machining centers (MILLTEC), rotary tables for 5-axis machines, systems for turning and grinding (RADIALTEC, GRINDTEC), magnetic clamping for EDM (EDMTEC), quick-change systems for injection molding and sheet-metal forming presses (QMC, PressTEC, StampTEC), as well as electropermanent lifting modules and manual lifting magnets for steel handling. The systems use patentable permanent-electro technology with neodymium magnets and full steel or monoblock construction; power is only required for short MAG/DEMAG cycles. Customers come from the automotive, white goods, energy, steel, shipbuilding, rail vehicle, tooling and machining industries, including BMW, Audi, Daimler, Volkswagen, Tesla, Bosch, Siemens, Electrolux and Stäubli. Since 2021 the company has been part of the SMW-AUTOBLOK industrial group; subsidiaries exist in Germany, the USA and France, with deliveries worldwide.

Technology & Materials
Electropermanent magnetic technology
Permanent magnets with electronic flux control; power only required for second-short MAG/DEMAG cycles, fail-safe in the event of power failure.
Neodymium permanent magnets
High-energy magnets in the protected core of the clamping modules generate clamping forces up to 16 kg/cm².
Full-steel monoblock construction
One-piece honeycomb structure with fully closed all-steel surface without epoxy resin for precision and stability.
